Are the Caregivers bonded and insured?

Yes. All Touching Hearts at Home Caregivers are bonded and insured.

How do you select your Caregivers?

Touching Hearts at Home is committed to choosing compassionate Caregivers that we would trust to care for our own family and loved ones. We hire qualified, reliable, honest and kind Caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and people with disabilities. Each potential Caregiver must pass a criminal background check and detailed screening process before we even consider them as a candidate. All Caregivers must complete the company orientation and training program.

Will I have a choice in Caregivers?

Yes. Our experienced staffing coordinators will make an informed decision regarding a Caregiver who has the personality, skills and availability to best help you. If at any time or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Caregiver we will gladly make the necessary changes.

Our services are designed to assist with your every day tasks and are custom tailored to meet your individual needs. We provide care in many ways, including:

How does my service begin?

We meet with you personally for a free in-home consultation and design a program together. Next, we carefully select and introduce a qualified Caregiver who will lend a hand to make your life easier. You will see the same friendly face each visit. To contact us, please fill out our request services form.

Do you provide services on nights and weekends?

Yes. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on an hourly basis, or around-the-clock with multiple caregivers as well as live-in care. We have No Minimum Hour Requirements and there is no after-hours or weekend surcharge. Use our services for one hour or twenty-four hours.

Can I use your services at an Assisted Living facility or Nursing Home?

Yes. Touching Hearts at Home can provide a Caregiver to help residents of these facilities when supplementary services or personalized care is needed.

What if I need to cancel a visit or cancel service?

We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a visit or cancel service.

Can I make changes to my scheduled visits?

Yes. Touching Hearts at Home understands that situations can change. We will always be flexible and accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Yes. Touching Hearts at Home accepts all major credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card just let us know and we will send you your bill electronically, so you can easily pay online with your credit card.
