Touching Hearts at Home is committed to choosing compassionate Caregivers that we would trust to care for our own family and loved ones. We hire qualified, reliable, honest and kind Caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and people with disabilities. Each potential Caregiver must pass a criminal background check and detailed screening process before we even consider them as a candidate. All Caregivers must complete the company orientation and training program.
Yes. Our experienced staffing coordinators will make an informed decision regarding a Caregiver who has the personality, skills and availability to best help you. If at any time or for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Caregiver we will gladly make the necessary changes.

Yes. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on an hourly basis, or around-the-clock with multiple caregivers as well as live-in care.
Yes. Touching Hearts at Home can provide a Caregiver to help residents of these facilities when supplementary services or personalized care is needed.
We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a visit or cancel service.
